This page lists the College's salary scales for all job levels and families as well as the gross costs and relevant terms and conditions associated with them.

Following the local pay negotiations with senior management and the Joint Trade Unions, the academic, research and professional, technical, operational services, learning and teaching salary scales have been uprated by 1.6% for the year 2020-21. The below scales have now replaced the 2019 pay-scales.  All staff who are employed on these pay-scales will have their pay adjusted from 1 December 2020 and will receive pay in arrears for the period 1 August to 30 November with their December pay.
